Cancellation of Service

1. Make certain that you want to cancel your server before sending us a cancellation notice. Once your server is cancelled, there is a $25 fee to reinstate your virtual server once it has been terminated.
   
   
2. E-Mail a signed letter with the domain name of the server you want cancelled, your Account Number, the date you would like to stop service, and the current password of your virtual server to cancel@anno-us.com.
   
   
3. Also, please let us know the reasons why you decided to cancel, what you liked about our service and what you think we can improve upon. Your feedback is crucial to our future success!
